RPM Discs 3 Disc Introductory Set

This set was very well made. The plastic was firm, kind of like a softer DX plastic from Innova. If I could change anything though, I would make the plastic a little more durable, they already have some chips from hitting a few trees, this is really the case with any base plastic though. I really like the driver in the set, called the Huia. Its a great straight to stable fairway driver, and it flies pretty far for a fairway driver.

I think what I liked most about the RPM starter set was the quality of the discs. They do come in the base grade plastic, but don't feel flimsy or soft like some other beginner packs. I'm amazed by the straightness of the Piwakawaka and the Ruru, and the Huia driver was a pleasant surprise as well. For a great price, I don't think you can ask for much more out of a starter set.

I'm a fan of the RPM Discs brand from New Zealand. Their discs fly great and look awesome. This starter set is more in their base plastic, so you don't get the sparkle and amazing plastic that comes with their premium discs, but the stamps are still amazing and the discs are great choices for a starter bag. An excellent putter, an amazing mid-range in the Piwakawaka (flies so straight), and a driver that isn't too fast or beefy. It's a great way to check out the brand.
