Our brand of the week is Guru Disc Golf, a distinguished European disc golf brand with a global manufacturing footprint. Guru, a Swedish disc golf brand, is owned by the European sporting goods company Sune Sport. The initial lineup of Guru discs, including the Thor, Midgard, and Mjolner, were produced by Innova Champion Discs.
In recent years, Guru has transitioned its manufacturing to Yikun, a well-respected manufacturer in the disc golf community. We stock all of these exceptional discs. Guru disc golf plastics are quite similar to Yikun’s offerings, with their base plastic resembling Yikun’s Tiger Line and their premium blend closely matching Yikun’s Phoenix Line.
Notably, two of Guru’s discs are available in an ultra-soft, lightweight, floating plastic known as “Safety Line,” which is ideal for children and playing near water.
